By visiting, you’ve already positioned yourself to take the leap into a healthier lifestyle. We all know the importance of a healthy diet, but we may not know how to get there or how to maintain it. Open Channels Wellness Studios (OCWS) has created a space to support you on this journey.

If you’re over thirty, forty, or fifty, you may think beauty is for the young. Societal norms condition us to associate youth with beauty. Those two are not exactly synonymous. Let’s retrain our brains and look deeper into what beauty really is.

When we do look at a younger person and see beauty it’s not their youth that we see, it’s health. Healthy skin and hair, vibrant energy, and a carefree lifestyle. That’s a general explanation of what most of us find attractive in a person and possibly what we want for ourselves.

The 30 Days to Healthy Living Jump Start is a group effort. Open Channels Wellness Studios hosts bimonthly meetings and shares recipes plus food hacks. One of the challenges we face with the jump-start is eliminating certain foods from our diets. If we can’t figure out how to replace some of those things then more than likely we’ll go back to eating them. What are good substitutes for the foods that cause harm or just do not serve us on a higher vibration? This is a place to share those hacks and even update the list of inflammatory foods.
